If a customer complains about a product due to a quality defect or (transport) damage, we will produce and send a replacement free of charge. To do this, please send us the case with some pictures to support@posterflow.de After the complaint has been approved, send the order to us again with the addition "COMPLAINT" to the order number. (The COMPLAINT will be automatically deducted from the monthly invoice)

Yes! Picture frames can also be ordered without posters. The same applies to wooden stands or USB power supplies without acrylic glass.

All of our shipping packaging (for shipping within Germany) is part of a system via the Green Dot in accordance with the Packaging Act. For you as a Posterflow customer, this means that you no longer have to participate in a system yourself for the packaging for orders processed via Posterflow (VerpackG, LUCID). This service is free of charge , the fees are covered by Posterflow. The Posterflow registration number is: DE1984831714595

We try to launch new products on Printify as quickly as possible, unfortunately the process at Printify currently takes several months. However, you are welcome to order the products directly from Posterflow

Yes! Packages and DHL labels are neutral and without reference to Posterflow as producer / sender. You can specify the sender address. If you use your company address, any DHL returns will be sent back to you. We keep returned items for 2 months. If you contact us during this time, we can resend the package. This service is free of charge, only the shipping costs for the re-shipment will be charged.

We generally send all packages as DHL packages including tracking and GoGreen. For acrylic glasses up to 20 × 30 cm in size, it is possible to send them as DHL parcel post. This shipping method is a little cheaper, but packages are not insured. The maximum format and weight of DHL goods mail are as follows: External dimensions 35.3 cm x 25 cm x 5 cm and maximum 1000 gr.

Rolled posters from DIN A4 up to max. 70 x 100 cm are shipped safely in hard tubes. Crumpled posters are now a thing of the past. Framed posters, Dibond and acrylic glass are shipped in book packaging depending on the format.
